Our Staff

  • Rebekah Cohen Morris, Executive Director

Rebekah Cohen Morris is the Executive Director of Aim Women’s Center and the Mother of Mercy Home. Before joining Aim, she served as a high school teacher in Atlanta, was elected to the Doraville City Council, and earned her law degree from Georgia State University.

“I love working at Aim because, unlike other social services, I don’t have to hide the one thing that truly transforms lives—the Gospel. I get to serve women not only by meeting their physical needs but by sharing the hope and healing found in Christ.” She lives in Steubenville with Andrew and their two daughters.

  • Emma McDonald, Overnight Staff

Hi y'all! My name is Emma McDonald, and I am from Mobile, Alabama. I graduated from Franciscan in May with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and a minor in Psychology. I started at Aim to fulfill my field placement requirements for my degree, but I fell in love with the mission of this organization and could not leave! I love working for Aim because I am passionate about serving women and children in such a tangible and life-giving way, and it is truly a gift to be able to serve with a supportive, passionate, and loving staff!

  • Mia DePaoli, Weekend Staff

Hey everyone! My name is Mia DePaoli, and I am from Sacramento, California. I moved to Steubenville to attend Franciscan University, where I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies. My heart has always been to serve families and children, and I feel truly honored to walk alongside mothers and their babies during such a meaningful season of life. I love working at AIM because it allows me to pour love, hope, and encouragement into women and children who need to know they are valued, seen, and deeply cared for. Not only do I love the mission of AIM, but I deeply admire each member of our staff and the way they love and support one another, as well as every woman we serve!

  • Rose Pham, Weekend Staff

Hey y’all, I’m Rose! I was raised in Mobile, Alabama, from a very loving and wild phamily and graduated from Franciscan University with my Bachelor of Arts in Social Work. From there, my heart grew in great love being in the presence of the homeless and my geriatric friends. I have been very privileged to serve in pro-life work, mission work in Steubenville with Inscape, and caregiving. And now, I’m so grateful to be grafted into the new life (literally) growing in Steubenville with Aim. I love Aim so much because it’s here that I am able to behold the face of Jesus Christ—within the gift of this human person in front of me—to simply love on (and be loved on by) the women and babies coming through our doors. I thank God for His blessing of such a beautiful mission, especially soon opening our arms wider to our women at the maternity home!

  • Katie Kissinger, Maternity Home Manager

I’m Katie Kissinger. I’ve spent the last 8 years serving those in need in our community. Before AIM, I worked to help adults with intellectual disabilities, and I worked very closely with the poor and addicted in Steubenville. For me, the common goal in serving all of these populations has always been to create opportunity. The biggest difference is that at AIM, we are giving many women the resources and support they need to become a mother by removing the obstacles and meeting the needs of both mom and baby

  • Megan Case, Maternity Home Program Manager

I'm Megan, and I grew up in Southern California and graduated from Franciscan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology. My heart is for mission and it belongs to the poor, so I go where He calls me. I’ve served as a SOLT missionary for 3 years, and I have also worked as a caregiver, teacher, in youth ministry, and in homeless ministry. The opportunity arose to help begin Aim’s maternity home, so here I am! I am humbled and grateful to serve the women at the center and the women at the Mother of Mercy Home.
